Emergency hatches
NORPRO NS-6028 Emergency Hatches are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
They are used primarily as emergency escape hatches, or when opening from both sides is required.
NS-6028 Emergency Hatches can always be opened from both sides and can not be locked.
Variants
Type A: Hinges on large side
Type B: Hinges on small side
Features
Optional hood
When locked, the optional hood prevents intrusions from the outside while allowing manipulation and opening from the inside.

Gas spring
Gas spring can only be mounted on hatches shorter than 220 mm
Other options
Available in steel or aluminum, with or without insulation.
Optional accessories and cover insulation available.
